How often should I sugar?
Intimate areas/face: Every 4–5 weeks
Legs/arms: Every 4–6 weeks
Underarms: Every 2–3 weeks
Regular sugaring targets hair growth at the anagen phase* for longer-lasting results, with finer hair and fewer sessions over time.
*The anagen phase is the active growth stage — and the best time to sugar. Removing hair at this stage helps weaken the follicle over time, supporting finer regrowth and longer-lasting results.
Can I still get sugared if I have sensitive skin?
Sugaring is kind to all skin types. Our sugar paste takes off dead skin cells and hair while keeping your live skin safe. Just let us know if your skin’s sensitive, and we’ll make sure your treatment is tailored to you.
Does sugaring hurt more than waxing?
No. The sugar paste sticks only to the hair, not the skin, causing less irritation. It also removes hair in the direction of growth, reducing tugging. While pain tolerance varies, many find sugaring to be gentler.
Can I shave in between sessions?
Shaving causes ingrowns + disrupts smoothness. Stick to regular sugaring for best results especially in areas where hair grows in different directions.
