At PEACH + SILK, we’re all about delivering a smooth, secure experience. Your safety is our top priority, and our policies are firm. By booking with us, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to our terms, and you hold PEACH + SILK harmless from any liability, including anything related to sugaring or skincare.
Please ensure you complete our client record form and notify us of any changes before your session. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing inappropriate, abusive, or hostile behaviour.
BOOKING POLICIES
Our online booking system reflects the standard price of our services. Any ongoing promotions or discounts will be reflected in your final bill on the day of your appointment. Availability updates in real-time as bookings are made or cancelled. It’s your responsibility to ensure that your booking and payment are completed accurately.
You can book appointments up to two months in advance. Urgent requests depend on availability and are not guaranteed. PEACH + SILK has the final say on all appointments.
DEPOSITS
A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. For sugaring services lasting 90 minutes or more, a $50 deposit will be required. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and will be forfeited for cancellations or no-shows.
After one no-show, full payment will be required to secure future appointments. No refunds will be provided for deposits under any circumstances.
RESCHEDULING
You can reschedule or change your service for free if done more than 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, a new deposit will be required. We keep things running smoothly for everyone’s benefit.
CANCELLATION NOTICE & NO-SHOWS
Please provide 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel, so we can offer the time slot to others. Clients who cancel or do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service price. Clients who cancel or don’t show up for two appointments within six months may be blacklisted from future bookings with PEACH + SILK.
If we need to cancel, we’ll reach out via WhatsApp to offer a reschedule or refund. While rare, PEACH + SILK reserves the right to cancel appointments without explanation. We work to manage scheduling challenges and accommodate all clients as best as we can.
PENALTY WAIVER
We understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please contact us as soon as possible. In such cases, we may consider waiving penalties or allowing deposit adjustments on a case-by-case basis.
REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds for services rendered at PEACH + SILK. All services are final once completed. If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us directly to discuss your concerns, and we may offer a complimentary consultation or adjustment if appropriate.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
Discounts and promotions are non-stackable. Only one offer can be applied per transaction and cannot be combined with other deals. If you're eligible for multiple discounts, we’ll apply the one that gives you the best value.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Before your session, please inform your sugarist of any treatments, medications, or health conditions you are currently undergoing, including pregnancy, postpartum changes, hormonal shifts, vulvar/vaginal conditions, or any skin issues. Some medications can significantly affect your skin’s condition, making it more prone to tearing and irritation. We recommend consulting your physician before booking an appointment.
PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM
Our sugar paste is 100% natural, and we offer sugaring after your first trimester and up until a week before your due date. If you're in your first trimester, a waiver is required. Consult your gynaecologist and share your pregnancy details before booking. Sugaring is generally safe, but hormonal changes may cause skin sensitivity.
For postpartum clients, we recommend waiting 1 to 3 months after a natural birth or 3 to 6 months after a caesarean. Once you have written approval from your doctor (less than 1 month post-natural, less than 3 months post-caesarean), you can book. We may suggest a longer wait to avoid stressing your skin. Consultations are available for your comfort.
CLIENTS REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
If you require any special accommodations, let us know via WhatsApp before booking online. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to ensure we can meet your needs. It’s your responsibility to consult with your doctor about your suitability for sugaring and obtain necessary written consent.
CONSENT & LIABILITY
Review all provided information and discuss any concerns with us before treatment. By consenting to the sugaring procedure, you agree not to hold your sugarist or PEACH + SILK liable for any issues. It’s your responsibility to disclose relevant allergies, medications and skin conditions, and sign any necessary waivers for your safety and comfort.
RISKS & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
While we take precautions, risks can’t be fully eliminated. PEACH + SILK isn’t liable for any reactions, injuries, or illnesses from the sugaring procedure. Any advice from your sugarist is for informational purposes only – consult a medical professional for specific health concerns before your appointment.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION
All information you provide is confidential and used to customise your treatment. Failing to disclose relevant details could lead to injury or illness, and you release PEACH + SILK from any claims resulting from omissions. Your information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, ensuring the safety and comfort of your treatment.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be at least 16 to book sugaring services, and 18 for intimate area treatments.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Personal belongings are brought at your own risk. PEACH + SILK is not liable for any loss or damage.
CREDITS
PURCHASE & REDEMPTION
Credits can be purchased in-store, online, or via WhatsApp and are redeemable exclusively for services provided by PEACH + SILK. They cannot be combined with promotions, discounts, or special offers, and must be used in accordance with our policies.
SHAREABLE CREDITS
Premium Pack credits can be shared between two people, but prior authorisation via an e-authorisation form is required if the main account holder is absent. Personal information provided for the e-authorisation will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and used solely for processing credit-sharing requests.
VALIDITY & EXPIRY
Credits from the Starter Pack are valid only for Brazilian sugaring services and last for 12 months. Credits from the Essentials and Premium Packs are valid for any services and last for 24 months. Unused credits will expire automatically at the end of their validity period.
TRACKING YOUR CREDITS
Clients can track their credit balance and expiry date through the 'Acuity Scheduling Client' app. No notifications will be sent for expiring credits, so it is your responsibility to monitor them regularly to ensure they are used before the expiration date.
EXPIRED CREDITS
Expired credits cannot be reinstated or refunded under any circumstances. However, in certain cases, credits may be reactivated within 30 days of their expiry for a small administrative fee. Please contact us if you believe your credits qualify for reactivation.
REFUND POLICY
All credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for services paid with credits. Exceptions may be considered in cases of medical conditions, with proof provided, at the sole discretion of PEACH + SILK.
PRICING & CHANGES
All pricing, benefits, and policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
BEHAVIOUR & MISUSE
PEACH + SILK reserves the right to cancel or suspend credit privileges if a client engages in inappropriate behaviour or misuses their credits. This may include but is not limited to, actions that violate our studio conduct policies or attempts to exploit the credit system.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes regarding credit packages will be addressed by PEACH + SILK, with careful consideration given to the details of the situation. The final decision will be made solely by us, and we will ensure that it is fair and in line with our policies.
FORCE MAJEURE
PEACH + SILK is not liable for the inability to use credits during temporary closures due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or public health emergencies. In these cases, we may grant extensions or reactivation of credits at our discretion, and an administrative fee may apply.
STUDIO CONDUCT
NO COMPANIONS
As an intimate home-based studio, we value privacy and personal space. Please ask friends, partners, or other visitors to wait downstairs, as they are not permitted in the treatment or waiting areas. Sugaring is a personal experience, so we encourage you to relax and enjoy your time with us.
LATE POLICY
At PEACH + SILK, we offer a 10-minute grace period for lateness. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to accommodate those who arrive on time. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will apply.
PAYMENT & PRICING
PAYMENT OPTIONS
PEACH + SILK accepts payments via PayNow and PayLah! only. We don’t accept cash.
PRICING & HAIR DENSITY
At PEACH + SILK, our pricing is based on the areas treated, not on the amount of hair present. We maintain consistent rates regardless of hair density, skin conditions or pain thresholds, as sugaring offers more than just hair removal — it provides a gentle exfoliation for your skin.
